The Agricultural Training Institute-International Training Center on Pig Husbandry (ATI-ITCPH) was established in 1985 as a foreign-assisted project of the government of Netherlands. One of the unique features of the project was that, the funding agency saw to it that the staff would have permanent positions in order to sustain the project even after the termination of the assistance. Great thing, it made the difference! Up to now, ATI-ITCPH stands as a premiere practical training center on pig husbandry and its related aspects. The Center has 28 plantilla positions, 6 contractual positions. It is divided into five (5) sections under the Office of the Center Director namely: Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Services (PMES); Administration and Finance Services (AFS); Career Development and Management Services (CDMS); Information Services (IS); and Partnership and Networking Services (PNS), respectively.
